Thank you for writing for me! <3 There's a lot of rambling here, but if you don't see a prompt you want to write and have an idea that you think I'll like feel free to go for it! I'm really really super easy to please and everything here is either a beloved rarepair or a character I really like and would love anything focusing on. I tried to do some prompts that are super detailed with a lot of "or maybe" and some that are just quick starts to a scenario or a focus on a character aspect. There's also a bunch of general prompts and likes in that section that should apply to most things.
Since this is all games, three of which are entirely customizable characters, my prompts for them have a heavy flavoring of how I personally play/write them and I'm sure some headcanons snuck in. I know that's not always going to match up with how other people play/see them, and I'm the sort of person where encountering a different take often revitalizes a game for me (because I get to play it in a new way!) so please feel free to write them how you prefer them or to experiment around with personalities. Any versions that I truely don't want are in my DNWs where they belong and otherwise I promise I'm truly happy to get alternate takes!
Table of Contents
Note on Custom Names:
- Since I DNWed custom names I just wanted to list the defaults for the ones I requested here. I'm totally happy to see the different personalities everyone's versions of the characters have and don't want them to be blank slates! It's just the names that sometimes throw me out of the story.
- Dragon Age: Garrett Hawke, Mahanon Lavellan
- Andromeda: Scott Ryder, Sara Ryder
- SWTOR: I'd prefer their titles or canon aliases/nicknames/things-that-companion-calls-them if it's a situation where that makes sense, but otherwise it's fine if you need an actual name! The sith sort of have names if those make sense for the story. Imperius, Occlus, or Nox for Sith Inquisitor. A spoiler but you know it if you've played it for Sith Warrior.
Spoilers in this letter:
- Dragon Age - DA2, and Inquisition main quests/DLC.
- Andromeda - Main quests, pre-game background spoilers, and Gil's questline.
- SWTOR - The expansions up to KOTET. Act 1 of the Consular Storyline and Consular's titles/roles. How some of the other player characters end up and hints at some of their endgame roles.
- Prey - Completely and utterly spoils every twist in the game.
- Emotions and talking, especially at inconvenient times.
- Hurt/Comfort (emotional or physical or both)
- Mutual pining.
- Pre-relationship or get-togethers.
- Fluff.
- One person pining and the other(s) being clueless until they find out and it hits them like a truck. Especially if they've previously unknowingly done things to convince the pining character that they've got no chance, and now they have to fix that.
- Friends closing ranks around someone who's usually the responsible one and can't be right now.
- Character hiding something that can't be fixed (injury, exhaustion, a curse, ect), and the aftermath when the hidden thing is revealed.
- Imposter syndrome.
- For games with multiple background options for the player characters, the player character in a prompted pairing being in a companion role while another player character is the [insert title here] this time.
- Stuff that emphasizes how smart or clever or competent the characters are, even if it's just tiny hints in the background.
- The paired characters having friendships and relationships beyond just the pairing, especially if they came into it with canon ties.
- All of the characters have their canon faults and insecurities and I love stuff that actually has some of that in there, though I know emphasizing that doesn't fit with every fic.
- Slice of life.
- Snippets of changing the place that they're spending canon in into something that feels lived in, especially if they're building it or fixing up an old ruin.
- Canon divergence.
- Fix-its, whether it's just fixing a small thing or if it's straight up Everyone Lives Nobody Dies.
- Post fix-its or canon divergence. As in the fic just handwaves that the thing was already fixed at some point before or just straight up didn't happen and moves on without focusing on it.
- If there's something awkward or embarrassing or ooc in canon that you hate, feel free to ignore it. I'm cool with handwaving away stuff if it'll be more fun to write with that detail changed. Especially if it's something small that ruins something large for you.
- I enjoy non-standard formats (epistolary, notes to self, chatroom, outsider pov, Varric's exaggerated narration with flashbacks to what actually happened, a collection of related snippets, ect), so feel free to play around with that sort of thing if you want to!

It's been awhile since I played Inquisition so it's possible there's some headcanony stuff in here that I've tricked myself into thinking is canon, and since I play Blue/Purple Hawke and a more diplomatic Inquisitor the prompts are definitely slanted that direction. I tried to double check as I wrote this but if anything is blatantly wrong and/or you don't want to write it that way, feel free to ignore it!

I still haven't finished past KOTET because I am a s l a c k e r who can't be made to play things she's supposed to apparently. I'll finish it soon though, so if there's something from those chapters that you think will work really well with any of the themes of stuff here, feel free to use it! If there's anything super headcanony in here (spoiler alert there is in the Consular section) then feel free to ignore or use it as works for you!

- This is basically "You're all great at talking why aren't you better at communicating" the ship for me.
- It doesn't have to end with the ship nicely tied off, but please either have all three together, established relationship Hawke/Varric that are very obviously full steam towards threesome station, or none of them together but it's hopeful in the threesome direction. Basically I want it to be a threesome endgame, not a threesome rest stop on the way to a twosome endgame.
- Here Lies the Abyss stuff is fine as long as no one actually gets left in there.
- Actual prompts now:
- Hawke and Varric getting back to Kirkwall post game that Hawke suddenly realizes that Varric is actually super attached to Lavellan. Especially if Hawke had never really properly met Lavellan besides briefly working with him on missions. And then Hawke decides to fix it, in proper Hawke fashion (the whole "give him the key to the city and make him a Comte" plan that Varric pulled in Trespasser has Purple!Hawke all over it). It's fine if it's all set up with just Hawke and Varric planning, so Lavellan is on their minds in a shippy way and central to the story in concept but not actually appearing. Especially if Hawke thinks he's just helping Varric out and then manages to catch feelings based on half remembered interactions and Varric's stories.
- The aftermath of Trespasser, after Varric totally-not-kidnapping the ex-Inquisitor to Kirkwall. With the emotional fallout from everything in Trespasser (Lavellan's arm and him having possibly been expecting to die, how things ended with the Inquisition and the spies, Solas, Hawke and Varric being guilty about things that were out of their control because they seem to do that a lot, ect). Maybe something more serious, maybe something h/c, maybe something more fluffy and recovery focused, maybe all of that mixed in with general Kirkwall shenanigans.
- During Inquisition, Lavellan not being entirely comfortable around Hawke and sometimes slipping away from conversations with Varric because he's never read that book that everyone keeps referencing and isn't sure what things about Hawke and Varric and Kirkwall everyone will assume he already knows and doesn't want to offend (Not pretending to have read it or anything, just trying to carefully navigate around it), and them noticing that and trying to fix it. Maybe they think he's just not comfortable for reasons related to his background, or maybe they misinterpret it as a crush. Especially if Varric and Hawke are already in a relationship and them trying to put him at ease morphs into flirting as they get to know him better and whoops now Lavellan has to worry about both cluelessness and a crush on two people who may or may not be seriously flirting with him.
- Lavellan having a crush on Varric before Hawke shows up and then checking himself hard once they meet Hawke and he realizes how into each other they are.
- Hawke accidentally doing something that's considered high key flirting in Dalish culture towards Lavellan and one of them telling him that, then Hawke turning around and "jokingly" doing the high key Dalish flirting thing at Varric while Lavellan is in the background just being all quietly "oh no" on about a dozen levels, and whatever results from that.
- Lavellan and Hawke both getting really enthusiastic about hiking and camping somewhere nice for a change and trying to convince Varric that it's totally fun and not an ordeal. Especially if Lavellan is super enthusiastic about the convincing but Hawke has been through this set of conversations a hundred times before and is just enjoying teasing Varric.
- The aftermath of Here Lies the Abyss after the Nightmare aired everyone's insecurities and fears all out in the open. And Lavellan dealing with finally figuring out wtf happened in Haven on top of that.
- Hawke and Varric pining and flirting but totally not flirting and generally being super obvious, until Lavellan sits them down for a "I don't know you well enough for this but nobody else will do it so here we are, please talk about your relationship or lack thereof because half the Inquisition is debating it and it's gonna cause a fight soon" talk. And then, whether they actually address their own relationship or not, they're both like "Well that was hot" (or some other reaction that leads in a threesomey direction).
- Hawke and Varric keeping up their totally just besties thing until one of them starts flirting with Lavellan and whoops suddenly the other realizes he had feelings afterall.
- Hawke trying to matchmake Lavellan and Varric, especially if Varric immediately realizes what he's doing and laughs it off and Lavellan is silently like welp there sure are feelings that I didn't realize existed until right this moment.
- Hawke and Lavellan both drowning in misplaced guilt/stress/imposter syndrome, and Varric trying to handle them. Or maybe Varric just trying to deal with Hawke and in dealing with Hawke he sees Lavellan getting more and more stressed and he's already on operation Cheer Up It's Not Your Fault with Hawke so why not add one more. Especially since Varric is putting a lot of responsibility on himself over all the red lyrium and is just better at not being obvious about it and these two stressing is just one more thing for him to feel guilty over.
- Things kind of coming to a head during the events of Trespasser as the anchor gets worse and worse and it gets clearer and clearer that this isn't something they can fix and all sorts of things-unsaid-that-should-have-been-said-earlier start coming up. Especially if Lavellan had started pulling away from people once he realized that the anchor was killing him so Hawke and Varric are suddenly piecing a lot of things together that hadn't made sense before.
M!Hawke/Dorian
- The two of them having a rocky start, especially if it's a misunderstanding over a joke or comment one of them absentmindedly made and the one who said the thing has no idea why this other guy is snippy at them but hell if they aren't gonna give as good as they get.
- They've got such very different communication styles and ways of dealing with people while both being a bit over the top that it could lead to all sorts of wonderful arguments and misunderstandings.
- Dorian being a bit envious of Hawke.
- The two of them having to go on a mission together and just being ridiculous, especially if it ends up in arguments that are half flirting without either of them being fully sure it's flirting until it really kicks off.
- Alternatively, Hawke just being super ridiculously flirty from the getgo and Dorian not being at all used to that or good at dealing with it.
- Explicitly casual sex that they are both definitely on board with being totally casual (that's a lie, they're emotional disasters). Maybe they don't even manage to keep up the casual even through the entire encounter. Maybe they do and then they're both so distracted by being Casual the next time they go out on a mission that one of them gets hurt and things get emotional.

Alec Ryder & Sara Ryder & Scott Ryder
- Canon divergence where Alec is still alive. Especially if he still had to transfer Sam to one of the twins on Habitat 7 so he's got one twin in a coma, and one twin who's not doing so great from gas inhalation. Especially if he needs the second twin in fighting form as fast as possible because they've got to access the remnant so he's trying to make that happen without breaking them.
- Canon divergence where they took one look at Habitat 7 and decided to find the Nexus first so you've got the original Pathfinder team (including both twins) on the Tempest.
- The twins finding out about Sam pre-game, whether it's when he's connected to their mom or if they find out after her death and suddenly a whole bunch of things make a lot of sense that didn't before.
- One (or both) of the twins having second thoughts about the whole move-to-another-galaxy thing before launch, and Alec desperately trying to get them to come along to (what he assumes is) safety without actually telling them that there's a catastrophe on the horizon that could kill them if they stayed.
- Sam having to help whichever Ryder he's in the head of navigate their dysfunctional family.
Ryder
- Canon divergence where the other twin didn't get put into a coma, but the events of Habitat 7 still happened for one of them so you've got both twins on the Tempest with one of them being Pathfinder.
- Either separately or in addition to the above, Alec surviving Habitat 7 but having to be put in a coma or back into cyro to keep him alive and how that changes the dynamics of things in the game.
- The aftermath of Ryder having Sam kill them on the Archon's ship. The game has a little of it from Lexi, but that had to be traumatizing for everyone involved (Sam, Ryder, everyone who was with them or on comms, anyone who out afterwards). Maybe Ryder is insisting it's no big deal. Maybe it changes how some people are interacting with them. Maybe it's suddenly reminded a bunch of people that Ryder is in fact mortal (or the opposite, since they keep getting back up). Maybe how the Angara react to that, especially if Ryder's either already in a relationship or heading towards one with one of them.
- I love slight AUs where the twins are more on the same genius scale as their parents or have different professional backgrounds than the canon ones and whatever their jobs are plays into their role on the Tempest (even if they're having to balance it with Pathfinder now).
- As an extension of the above, the non-Pathfinder twin actually being essential personnel on the Nexus after they wake up (and maybe them getting out of the coma earlier but still having a long physical recovery) and getting to help out with some of the missions that need things done Nexus-side because of that. Especially if leadership is sort of guiltily glad that this twin is too injured to fight still because while one of them can't replace Alec, the combo of one out in the field and one on the Nexus working on tech and both of them having that Ryder ability to get things dealt with quickly and cleverly sure does go a long way towards it.
- The twins communicating a lot more after the coma twin wakes up (again, especially if they wake up a bit earlier than in canon).
- Sam and the Pathfinder having some adjustment woes as they try to figure out their new normal.
- The Tempest crew getting to explore an uninhabited planet for some sort of remnant related reason and just a bunch of exploration and remnant related weirdness.
- Returning to Habitat 7.
- Slice of life stuff between missions, whether it's fun domestic crew things or recovering from some of the heavier missions (or trying to focus on silly domestic stuff to avoid having to deal with the heavier stuff).
- Optional Pairings for Scott: Liam, Jaal, Jaal/Liam, Kandros, Evfra, Gil
- Optional Pairings for Sara: Vetra, Jaal, Jaal/Liam
Jien Garson
- Pre-game, dealing with The Benefactor. Especially if it starts to look like a really bad idea but by that point she's in too deep so she can't risk turning back.
- Pre-game, just all the chaos of planning something as massive as the Initiative.
- Pre-game stuff with Addison and how their friendship worked. (Optionally shippy)
- Canon divergence where she survived (or wasn't threatened at all). How it would change things for the Nexus, how it would change how the Benefactor influenced things, and how she'd react to the Hyperion getting there and Alec being dead and needing to work with a Pathfinder that she might not even know that well (unless you want to pair it with something like one of the Alec-lives AU's in the other prompts which I am totally here for).

Arcann/M!Consular
- Preferably no "oh no relationships lead to the dark side" type emotional issues, since the Consular doesn't seem to be at all fussed in canon and is open about it with the rest of the Jedi in one of the romances (I haven't played the other so I'm not sure if it's the case in both).
- The Consular's Act 1 shielding technique where he has to sacrifice some of his life force to shield people is my everything. Every time he shields someone it visibly exhausts him and they make it very clear that using it too many times will kill him. He only successfully uses it in game against Vivicar, but it's mentioned a few times in their other Acts and talked about like it'll work against any force influence so that's what I tend to go with. I kind of headcanon that Jedi can rebuild life force over time (it rebuilding seems to be supported ingame by implication in unrelated plotlines but I can't remember it ever explicitly coming up) but it being slow and taking a lot of meditation.
- I tend to headcanon The Consular having essentially skipped field training and not having originally been meant for a combat role (since he basically goes from Day-1-Padawan to Barsen'thor at a full sprint without pausing). Arcann probably didn't get much if any practical training either (and definitely didn't get any therapy) so who knows how bad his coping strategies are.
- Actual prompts now:
- The two of them taking a bit longer to trust each other than they do in Canon, even after they start working together. The Consular trying real hard to be all Jedi about it but it being kind of hard considering everything Arcann has done (Especially what he's done to the Consular and people the Consular cares about, and the Consular feeling guilty about giving that greater emotional weight than larger tragedies.)
- Senya trying to push them to work together.
- Arcann expecting to deal with the sort of person Valkorian wants the Consular to be, and instead he's dealing with the sort of nerd that someone like Yuon would pick as a Padawan. Just generally Arcann having to readjust his expectations since so much of what he knows about the Consular is rumor and assumptions and stereotypes and glorified accounts of fights. (And also the Consular very consciously having to adjust what he knows about Arcann since Arcann's personality is so different now and all the uncertainty that comes with that)
- Them ending up having to work together after Voss but before Arcann was really ready for that. Maybe the Consular gets injured or something while separated from the Alliance and Arcann is forced to make a choice and step in to save him. Or the Consular's normal "my life force is low from shielding but I'm fine" coping methods aren't working as well in this situation or aren't fooling Arcann as well as they fool normal people because he's watching the Consular super closely looking for signs of his father.
- The Consular finally snapping at Arcann a little when Arcann makes some comment about his father in relation to the Consular, because if anyone is upset about the Sith Emperor being attached to his mind it's the Barsen'thor.
- Arcann having trouble understanding how very much the Consular does not want anything to do with the power Valkorion keeps offering him and still dealing with some issues being envious of him. Especially if it's less about the power and more about the respect and attention.
- The Consular still having issues physically from Arcann stabbing him and Arcann now having to deal with that directly.
- Some unrelated injury resulting in shirt off for the Consular and Arcann seeing the scar he left, especially if he'd half convinced himself that his strike must have been off or something for the Consular to survive it.
- The Consular pushing harder and harder and people already in the Alliance not realizing just how much he's working because it's increased slowly and they're used to it, but to Arcann coming in late it seems crazy and he can see the signs of it wearing on him.
- Some other enemy forcing them to work together while Arcann is still emperor, especially if the Consular has to use his shielding technique for whatever reason and it puts him off balance enough for it to be extra dangerous to be alone with an enemy. Especially if he has to use his shielding technique on Arcann.
- Canon Divergence where there was no cure on Voss and Arcann has to find a new path and deal with everything without being able to hit the reset button back to lightsided, and them ending up having to work together in that context with Arcann still very much not stable. (But on the plus side Senya is probably conscious).
- Pre-KOTFE AU where Valkorian sends Arcann and Thexan after the Consular proactively instead of having them attack unrelated people to bait him in. Maybe they get forced into working together. Maybe when they're trying to catch him Arcann catches feelings instead. Maybe Thexan is already looking for a way out. Maybe Senya follows them.
Lana Beniko
- Lana's viewpoint of things during/after Manaan, and having to get used to working with someone from the Republic. Theron, if the player character is Imperial, both of them if the player character is Republic. Especially if they're a Jedi.
- Having to balance the situation and her loyalties on Yavin. Maybe she's little relieved that Theron outright and obviously distrusting her makes people less likely to suspect her of shifting loyalties. Maybe she's just trying to hyperfocus into everything and what comes of it she'll deal with afterwards.
- The early days of her being in charge of Imperial Intelligence, especially if the player character is Cipher Nine and they keep refusing to rejoin and then randomly popping up with advice or tips in places they shouldn't even be able to get to about things they shouldn't even know.
- Between Shadow of Revan and Ziost, with Lana manipulating things to avoid coming into conflict with a Republic side player character. Maybe she doesn't want to find out who would win that fight. Maybe she's telling herself it's practical (for any number of reasons). Maybe she just emotionally can't do it.
- For a Republic player character, having to redefine the relationship she had with the player character down to just a matter of convenience even though they were very quickly becoming friends (or more).
- For a Sith player character, transitioning back to their respective places and having to act much less informally than they had before because Lana isn't technically one of their people. (And also the effects of technically being one of their people in their eyes). Maybe something weird comes up and they contact her about it. Maybe she needs to call on them for help with something. Maybe it's just sort of background to her trying to figure out her new position in the Sith and however that relationship/friendship affects her politically.
- Ziost, especially her finding the player character and that sheer relief. Especially if they're a Republic character and on one hand she's pissed because it's part of Theron's whole mess but on the other she's just so ridiculously relieved to find someone she can rely on and it's the first thing that makes the situation feel winnable.
- The five years between Ziost and KOTET, especially the leadup to that final rescue mission and all the emotions she had to be having while getting the Outlander out of carbonite and dealing with the poisoning.
- Dealing with all the shenanigans of the Alliance.
- Optional Pairings with Lana: Any female player character or Shae Vizla

Morgan Yu
- I tried real hard to keep everything here gender neutral for Morgan. If I slipped up and said "she" at any point just read it as a "they". (I play the game as F!Morgan but since these are gen prompts I'm fine with either. Genderqueer or trans Morgan is fine too, as long as it's background info rather than the major focus of the fic.).
- Pre-game Morgan trying to figure out how to fit into their life on the station without any memories of it, without being able to tell anyone that their memories were completely wiped.
- Things going down differently for real!Morgan than for Tython!Morgan. Maybe January didn't even exist for real!Morgan and they had to muddle through entirely on their own based on what information they found elsewhere. Maybe the "blank" day didn't exist for real!Morgan so from their perspective they woke up on earth and whoops nevermind they weren't on earth at all and now they can instinctively levitate things and shapeshift into cups and also everyone is dying. Maybe real!Morgan was pulled out of the simulation and spent the start of the outbreak with other people rather than waking up alone in the fake apartment. Maybe Alex was a lot more involved and focused on getting his sibling the hell out of there. Maybe real!Morgan was supposed to take the escape pod and their refusal to do so is what made that choice such an important one for Tython!Morgan.
- The weirdness of finding out they were in a relationship with someone they've never met, especially if Mikhaila is suddenly piecing together why Morgan suddenly went cold on her and is feeling like she's got Morgan back for the first time in awhile and being really obvious about it. If you include them finding out about Mikhaila's dad then I'd rather Morgan tells her and they have to deal with the emotional fallout from that (especially if they'd been getting really cute, or as cute as one can practically be in the middle of an alien outbreak, right before Morgan went off to find the info).
- Morgan noticing that their personality is different now and getting really freaked out about it, especially if Alex is in more constant communication and has had these conversations before and is desperately trying to guide Morgan back into being Morgan without making the mistakes he has on other loops.
- People responding with a bit more alarm to Morgan still being on the station, Morgan having Tython powers, and the revelation that not only does Morgan remember nothing about the station but they've probably talked to her between mindwipes without realizing what was up.
- The successful Tython!Morgan getting echoes of what the unsuccessful ones did when they interact with the Coral. Maybe even being able to use those visions to avert events in ways that the simulation wasn't intending and save people who didn't survive the real outbreak by doing things in the "wrong" order.
Sarah Elazar
- Slight (or major) AU where either Elazar follows up on her intentions to confront Alex about Morgan being an unwilling test subject in the loop phase, or does a more detailed investigation. Maybe she finds some of the clues that Morgan is leaving for themself or January/December or is just generally able to get more information about what's going on, and what she does with that.
- As an extension of the above, maybe instead of Morgan having a day of blank neuromods, Elazar manages to get authorization to break things up a day early and pulls Morgan out of the simulation. And then things start going to hell so now she's got a very confused VP with Tython powers who wants to go fix everything (and figure out wtf) to babysit, and she's got to make all the choices about how much to tell a Morgan who has no clue what they've done. On top of trying to keep everyone alive.
- How the outbreak went down from Elazar's perspective. We know they ended up in the cargo bay but not much about how they got there or what led to it.
- During the events of the game with the real Morgan, the two of them trading notes trying to figure out everything that was happening and Morgan struggling to deal with what seems from their perspective like a betrayal by Alex.
- I'm pretty vanilla, so when in doubt assume it's probably too kinky to me (unless it fits in with the stuff below). If something in here seems to contradict a DNW, assume I forgot to add in 'unrequested' because boy did I have to go back a lot as I thought of exceptions.
- Light/soft BSDM (Think praising and affectionate type domination. No insults or punishments that are meant to hurt or humiliate, please), bondage, wax play, pretending at knife play without actually breaking the skin, gentle breathplay, rough kisses, biting each other's lips, biting hard enough to leave teethmarks but not to bruise or break skin, gentle manhandling, size kink (for some pairings), gentle hair pulling
- (Just to clarify, insults are okay in angry-sex, just not in a Dom/Sub situation.)
- You can get a little rougher or dubconnyish if you want as long as both characters are really into it and the person being roughed up encourages it or taunts it into happening. The big thing with me is the consent factor, so as long as it's very clear both characters consent before whatever-it-is starts, then it should be fine.
- Angry sex, or super soft and careful sex, or soft and careful sex with a character who can't deal with that emotionally but also doesn't want to stop, or one character starting angry sex that ends up being soft and wrecking them, or really really happy sex with lots of butterfly kisses and loving whispers. Basically if there are a lot of emotions I'm gonna like it.
- Penetrative sex, Nonpenetrative sex, Intercrual, Makeouts... I'm not picky on what goes where as long as it doesn't hit a dnw.
- One or all of them still having most of their clothes on.
- One of them being naked while the other isn't and being really self conscious about it.
- One part of a threesome pulling back for a few moments during sex and 'mirin the other two.
- Focus on skin contact. Blow jobs sort of fall under this for me but also just entirely normal contact like when someone they're pining for is gently holding their hand or arm or absentmindedly (or deliberately) stroking their skin or something and they're just so very aware of it. Or when they're leaning into someone and all the little touches that might come from that (Yes I realize how ridiculous it is to kink on handholding but touch is so great!)
- One of them deliberately taking aphrodisiacs (with everyone in the ship aware and consent given ahead of time) as a way to lose control a bit.
- One of them deliberately letting themselves get affected by sex pollen (in order to finish a mission or something) having negotiated ahead of time exactly how they would deal with it.
- Accidental sex pollen or heat incident where they just spend the whole time they're affected making out and/or being ridiculously affectionate and needy (but not having sex).
- Attempts at safe, sane and consensual... but can be poorly negotiated on all fronts or just straight up a bad idea but they're into it.
- Arguments leading to sex.
- Arguments leading to sex without actually stopping the argument.
- Attempts at dirty talk leading to emotional conversations or outbursts that necessitate stopping the sex/foreplay/flirting (even if just for a moment).
- One character gets on a tangent and tries to have a serious emotional conversation while in the middle of sex. Like, something is up someone's genitals level of middle of sex. The I-thought-we-were-sexing-not-emotioning character either trying to listen to them while very much focused on the arousal of the situation or trying to convince them that it's a for-later talk, while the emotional-convo character is both super turned on and super agitated every time they try to re-initiate sex instead of seriously talking.
- Reemphasizing that above one specifically for m/m pairings I mean really just talking about their relationship or something while one of them is balls deep.
- The same thing again except without the sex pausing and it turning into praise kink
- Alternatively again both characters just being super sincerely into the conversation without stopping sex at all.
- Character's guard goes down enough to mention things during sex that they're too embarrassed to talk about once they aren't turned on.
- Pairings that are switches arguing about who is going to top/bottom this time and accidentally convincing themselves that they want to do the opposite position and now they've got to have the whole argument again the opposite way.
- Someone going through something really rough, either emotionally or physically, and just really needing to be a pillow princess and get doted on this time.
- One character going uncharacteristically quiet or something mid-sex and the other noticing and stopping to make sure they're alright (either leading to h/c or kink negotiation or something like that.). Maybe it doesn't even have anything to do with the sex but is something entirely different catching up to them at a bad time.
- Having to keep quiet so their friends don't hear and being really bad at it.
- Stuck in a small place and end up banging
- Very very careful sex with an injured character.
- Body worship of a character who got tied up expecting something very different and now they're super emotional about it.
- Establishing a safeword then stopping when a character looks super distressed even if they haven't said the safeword.
- Distressed character wanting to keep going anyways.
- Character has been deliberately avoiding completely unrelated issues and something about the sex just triggers that breakdown and they're incredibly annoyed about it having to happen now and stopping sex they were enjoying up until they started crying and trying to get that across to a very concerned/panicked partner.
- H/C leading to makeouts or sex.
- The Comforter in a h/c situation stopping things from being sexual in that moment because they're worried the other person is too emotionally broken or physically injured at that time and then initiating a revisiting of the situation later when things seem more stable.
- Taking care of a sex pollen/spell victim without doing anything sexual, then talking it over days or weeks later leads to dirty talk about what the comforter wished they could have done which leads to sex.
- Top/Bottom Preferences: I honestly really like people switching? The only preference I have in these prompts is the Consular bottoming but it's not a hard must. (I've mentioned sort of preferring Lavellan bottoming in another letter but since he's in a threesome here it doesn't have to fall into those dynamics). I sort of prefer Scott bottoming if you go that direction but again not a hard must.
- Humiliation. Severe social ineptness. Planned public declarations of love (outbursts are fine). Embarrassing cultural misunderstandings .
- Cheating. Suspicion of cheating that isn't immediately shot down. Unrequested poly. Open relationships. Unprompted and non-canon casual sex. V type relationships for requested poly. Misunderstandings centered around thinking someone is in another relationship (unless it's leading to requested poly involving all three characters).
- Unrequested non-canon relationships. Unrequested gender/sexuality headcanons. Character bashing (If you hate them please just leave them out). Modern AUs. Crossovers.
- One half of the pairing trying to play matchmaker for the other half (unless it's one third of a threesome trying to matchmake the other two together). Fake Relationships (it's fine if everyone thinks they're in a relationship as long as they aren't actively pretending to be).
- Noncon, fear of Noncon or focus on past Noncon. Unrequested Dubcon. Unrequested Sex Pollen. Unrequested drunken or drugged sex. Ageplay. Underaged. Incest. Prostitution. Mentor/Mentee. Kissing after throwing up. Spanking (it's fine to have light smacks in a non-spanking fashion whether it's a sex thing or a 'gonna whap your butt because we're messing around' thing, just not repeated blows in a disciplinary fashion). Sex with a sick character (it's fine if they're injured or magically ill, just not if they've got the flu or something). Rimming. Fisting. Sounding. Blowjobs after anal.
- Torture. Non-canon slavery. Non-canon permanent maiming/incapacitation. Graphic description of wounds.
- Non-canon permanent named character death. Canon character death resulting from a forced either/or choice.
- Custom Names for Player Characters if default ones exist (For the ones I requested their default names are Garrett Hawke, Mahanon Lavellan, Sara Ryder, and Scott Ryder.)
- Fandom specific DNWs below (separated a bit to try to isolate spoilers)
- Dragon Age DNW
- Viscount Hawke or The Inquisitor taking a hard anti-mage stance.
- Andromeda DNWs
- Anything to do with Kadara, Exiled Colonists, Colonists turned Raiders, the Nexus Uprising, ect. This includes colonists who were exiled but went their own way, mentions of anything involving exile, and any nameless colonists-turned-raiderlike-minons for non-exiled Initiative characters. (EXCEPTIONS: Canon divergences fixits that happen before the Hyperion shows up. It's fine if you have them throwing everyone back into cyro or just having it never happen because Jien lived too.). It's okay to have the effects of it in there (eg: the Krogan Colony or Kandros being head of security), just not direct references to the DNWed stuff.
- If you choose to use Gil/Scott as a background flavor to Scott gen: That whole mess in Gil's Quest (the dnw is more specific on AO3, I just didn't want to spoiler here). I like Jill and having her do her thing or being all hinthint is fine, even mentioning it in a "maybe eventually but we met each other five seconds ago slow down" sort of way, just not the way it played out in-game.
- The non-Pathfinder twin resenting the Pathfinder twin.
- SWTOR DNWs
- Any hint of Nadia having a crush on the Consular.
- A chaotic-evil darksided Sith (or Jaesa). Affable or intimidating darksided is fine, just not "torture and mwhahaha because I feel like it" darksided. (No darksided at all for Jedi, though gray or struggling Jedi is fine for the Lana focused prompts. No anythingsided for non-force sensitive characters)
- Prey DNW
- Murdereveryone!Morgan unless it's in a prompt.
- I'd prefer not to get sex for this one. (As in just Prey, it's still completely on the table for the others!)
